Arberie Nagavci's deputy through a Facebook post said prices will be printed on the cover of the book and cannot be increased.
He said that book “Society and environment 2” has offered 27 euros, saying the books have never been free, but are paid dearly for.
He has added that about 800 thousand citizens have access to e-Kosovo, as well as showed it is regulated by law where the money transferred to the accounts can't be taken from the owner.
The book issue has sparked debate in Kosovo, the opposition is criticising the Government for creating difficulties for parents and students.
