Cambridge University team said 75 minutes of moderate exercise per week . half of the recommended amount can reduce risks compared to lack of exercise.
Experts analyzed 196 research articles on the health benefits of exercise involving more than 30 million adults.

The team estimated that one in ten early deaths could be prevented if inactive people had at least 75 minutes of moderate training a week.
