The Health Ministry has reacted after the death of 35-year-old by health complications after the removal of the tooth in an administration in Malisheva.

The S.H.I.S.A. has indicated that they have undertaken to speak up their actions in this case.

The Ministry of Health has stressed that the dentistial orientation “Doctories” have exercised activity illegally.

“Such an event, under the circumstances when a citizen loses his life after receiving dentistry services at the Private Health Institute “Doctors” who have exercised illegal activities, is unacceptable and will engage to provide all evidence for maximum penalties against the perpetrators of this heavy work..” ) says among other things in their response.

The Ministry of Health through Health Inspectorate, in co-operation with the Kosovo Police, has immediately undertaken all consonant actions after the tragic case resulting in fatality for a citizen.

Such an event, under the circumstances when a citizen loses his life after receiving dentistry services at the Private Health Institute “Doctors” who have exercised illegal activities, is unacceptable and will engage to provide all evidence for maximum penalties against the perpetrators of this heavy work.

At the same time, the Ministry of Health reports that legalisation commission reports concerning the activity of this private institution have also been reviewed.

All of this data is available to the Kosovo Police and the Oda of Kosovo Stomatologists as competent organs in the function of full bleaching of the case, in order for the authors of this hard work to receive due punishment.
