KDI criticises the Conjufe that tolerated insults and insults in the Parliament

A problem during this session for KDI was the use of the non-political and inappropriate language within the Kosovo Assembly Hall.

Two cases have been mentioned in this report.

“One of the most pressing problems of this session has been the use of nonparliamentary and inappropriate language within the Parliament. In terms of worsening trends on the issue of non-parliamentary language, the Parliament has not taken proportionally steps with violations. The regulation of the Kosovo Assembly allows the Speaker of the Assembly to undertake 5 types of measures against those who use non-parliamentary language at the hearing, such as the request to withdraw the word, cut the word, be warned, be warned to leave the plenary hearing and eventually leave the plenary hearing. According to them, no punishment for improper language in the Parliament has created normal perceptions of it.
