Another defeat of Minister Hadziu's lawyer: Prosecution Rejects Criminal Distortion Against OAK Officials

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina has rejected the criminal scathing put forward by Nasuf Hasani [Avokat of Justice Minister Albulen Hadziu], against the disciplinary prosecutor, Rexhep Veselin and lawyers Bajram Lajqi, Besiana Syla and Saranda Beqiri.

Under the prosecution's decision, which the Signal newspaper has secured, it turns out that there is no credible evidence which constitutes reasonable doubt that officials of the Kosovo Council of Lawyers have committed criminal acts.

In its reasoning, the Prosecutorate says that after sending the subject to the competence of the General Department and reviewing the contents of the criminal conglomerate filed by Hasani, the State Prosecutor has found no reasonable doubt that any criminal act could have been committed.

“Criminal Pseparator claims that: The suspect, Rexhep Vesef, on March 4th 2022, in the quality of the Disciplinary Prosecutor has filed a proposal against the injured Nasuf Hasan, because of the disciplinary violations of lawyer Nasuf Hasan, who on March 13th 2021, in e-mail to 472 electronic addresses, has used non-adequate expressions “rooting Beharju Epiu... is criminally correct and untrusted and according to the criminal pre-declaration proposal for the start of the procedure contains no pre-trial conditions for the procedure to beacillusive procedure, 13x3) the prosecutor's reasoning stated.

While for lawyers, Bajram Lajqi, Besiana Syla and Saranda Beqiri, according to the State Prosecutor in the contents of the criminal outcry, Nasuf Hasani has not mentioned any concrete action of theirs.

In the decision provided by the signal, claims submitted by lawyer Hasani are of administrative nature and offer no credible evidence from which reasonable suspicion has been formed that a criminal offense has been carried out.
