AKK Director Saban Ibrahimi has provided more details at the meeting that Education Minister Arberie Nagavci had at the meeting with municipal education directors.
Ibrahim in a proposal for Blic newspaper shows that, in some form, Nagavci has pleaded guilty to the issue of books.
“Municipal Education Directors have met with Minister Nagavci, where this is conditionally saying that he has admitted the guilt in providing municipalities with textbooks”, Ibrahim said.
According to Ibrahimi at one time tomorrow, about 50% of the students will not be supplied with books.
“Communates have completed all preparations in terms of their legal responsibilities, but given the fact that there are over 200,000 students starting teaching from first grade to ninth grade, the ministry is legally obliged to supply with textbooks, while according to yesterday's notes there were about 80 thousand applications, from this it is coming out that over 50-60% of students will not be supplied with school textbooks on tomorrow (April 151st), Ibrahim concluded.
