Witnesses claim the official was dismissed for failing to comply with the Board's illegal order

The two witnesses have submitted this statement Friday in the case where Aferdita Grabci has indicted KR “Environment” for illegal layoffs. The hearing was held at the Basic Court in Pec, headed by Justice Midwest Judge Migen Kastrati, reports “Justice Trust”.
Witness Avdulahi has said he had been chief executive in the KR “Environment”, but 2022 is retired.
Avdulahi has stated that at the 32nd meeting on January 6, 2022, the decision was made to dismiss Grabci until the same was asked at the end of the meeting to release the meeting.
The Witness has said that her dismissal occurred after failing to enforce certain illegal orders.
“I don't know the reasons and circumstances for her departure, but as far as the lady knows, she hasn't implemented certain commands that have been legal, in this case it's about the inner audience that has declared our environment wage as secondary to us without any decision here has started a whole problem”, the witness said

According to the indictment, plaintiff Aferdita Grapci, had established working relations with indictee KM “Environment”, in the official financial position, according to a three-year working contract of 3 years between 16 June 2020 and 16 June 2023, with the possibility of continuing.
Always according to the indictment, on January 6, 2022, there was a regular meeting of the Board of Directors for November 2021, where they had taken her out of the hall in a few minutes and after having finished leaving the deck for her dismissal and had not continued the meeting, leaving the facility.
In the indictment, it is also said that the plaintiff had left work without any warning, having no earlier remarks and not regularly handed over the decision on leaving.
Hence, the plaintiff is seeking to approve the indictment and cancel the decision to quit, as well as force the indictee to return it to its place of employment, as well as compensate for unpaid wages from leaving to returning to its workplace.
