The waves were reportedly huge, and at first one of the boys was kidnapped.
Meanwhile, the husband and the other son tried to save her.
Euronews Albania, has learned that at the time of the tragedy there were no coastal guards in the area.
Eyewitnesses have also shown and they have called the ambulance immediately, but the latter has come an hour and a half late, making it impossible to rescue the three victims.
