Analyst and university professor Sadri Ramabaja has charged MP Mergim Lushtaku with slander and insults.
The indictment comes after several charges Lushtaku had made to Ramabaja in a televis debate, that the same has ties to the Serbian UDB.
On July 13th, 2023, on the P show RISING, TV7, in the course of the minute 44:15, Mergim Lushtaku, who was on the show on MP's quality. The PDK, using it as a special means of prayer to my person, recursed in studios, what they've been spreading with all the time, for allegedly my connections to the UDB!”, Ramaba wrote.
According to him, these charges in the past preceded the physical liquidations of political opponents.

Ramabaja is demanding 100,000 euros in compensation from Lushtaku.
