Work on the road's construction has already started several weeks ago, and it has been inaugurated, Prime Minister Albin Kurti. But the procurement procedures that were applied to link contracts allegedly have become illegal. Illegally, even winning companies have been favoured.
The tender is carried out by the Ministry of Environment, Space Planning and Infrastructure, which is led by Libron Aliu, but is signed by Deputy Minister Hysen Dumrish.
