Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti is participating in the meeting in Tirana for the Berlin Process as well.
And for the importance of the event that Kurt is attending, Miftaraj indicated that years earlier he had received such an invitation.
But then he was a researcher in the IKD and the institute's response to him was that “is not an important organisation”, referring to ideas that you represent.

Miftaging Facebook Posting:
Symposium Symposium was once sent to me by a “8x1> a few years ago, I was a researcher in IKD. Once I thought it was email. SPAM. After I checked it, I said you could go to Greece one week, good sun, good time and I asked permission from management to IKD, and the answer was:
You're a lot more useful in the IKD to work a week in research on fighting corruption than I lose my time in a leftist symposium of ideas where you can investigate a proposal to establish a sovereign fund in defiance of the principles of the Constitution”.
I was eventually sent to Tiranne to another important conference.
