Kosovo Parliament Speaker Glauk Konjufca has concluded that Sjeka quorum as only 59 MPs and two others have participated in the vote.
Also, besides having quarums, Konjufca itself has abstained, and a Vetevendosje Movement MP has voted against it. Apart from Konjufca's vote, there has been another abstention.
“Only 59 MPs participated in the vote, two deputies took part, so soutum quorum” has declared Konjufca after the vote.
The Speaker of the Parliament has said the same Law could be decided for a vote in another session whenever it can be organised.
Such an effort by the Vetevendosje Movement has opposed the opposition, who has launched the hall in advance.
