Exclusive: After Periscop's report, the prosecution launches investigations into the Gjilan highway, where “launched” 379 000 euros.

Another problem seems to have come up with the Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning with the law.

The Special Prosecutor has launched investigations into corruption into another project that is being carried out by the Ministry of Environment, Spatial Planning and Infrastructure, which is headed by Minister Lieburn Aliu and Deputy Minister Hysen Durmishi.

It's a contract that's being carried out in road construction known as the “Autastrada of Gjilan”, of which Periscope reported.

Eight contracts are signed for the construction of the 22-kilometer road and are being worked in just as many segments.

Periscop has reported that in the past year, the Ministry of Infrastructure, allegedly made an effective payment on behalf of the company “2 AGroup”, in the name of several jobs performed on the Gjilan Highway Project.

It is alleged that the company has offered a forged bill, misleading the ministry for a value of 378, 951. 39 euros for repayment, even though it hasn't done any work, there's not even been any such work that needs to be done for what's known as cysitulation.

Periscop sources have learned that the prosecution has already launched an investigation into the case. Initially, economic crime police have received all bills paid for tears 4 from the Ministry of Infrastructure, and then the prosecution has hired some Pristina University experts to measure the ground.

It turns out that the faculty has appointed three professors- assistants: Premtin Thaqi, Fidan Salihu, and noble Judge Loshi.

Periscop contacted Thaci. He has stated that he cannot speak without the D.A.'s permission, for he believes the subject is in expertise.

Periscope has asked the prosecution to know how far the investigation has gone, but until the publication of this article, no answers have been made.

What did Periscop report?

The documents, which see a total of 379,000 euros, also speak of an inaccuracies and are seen in simple eyes that are irregular.

Prime Minister Says 70 percent of road jobs were performed

Last Friday, the prime minister, Albin Kurti, has published a status he illustrated with a video out of fear, saying:

“The Pristina Highway is taking place. It opens this year. Congratulations! Over 70% of the work has been completed. We visited three floors. An estimated half a million euros on the Gjilan Highway was built off standards

While the quality of the work is highly suspicious even in the other tears, Periscope has learned that in tears 2, the ministry is in trouble. This is because the labor company has not laid the asphalt down as it has been mentioned in the contract for the road to be of eropic stone, but the same has been paved with limestone, which is of the lowest quality and is much cheaper on the market, while payment is expected to be taken for cropstones.

The highways in Kosovo, in addition, are all built with eropative stones.

Periscope had reported that the ministry had not paid him, since asphalt has not been paved according to the contract. (It is unknown if the payments are made afterwards).

For all of this, Periscopi had requested an answer, and the Ministry of Environment, Space Planning and Infrastructure, but this institution has not returned.

In 2018, 8 contracts, worth 88, 618, 511,95 euros, were entered. After several months, the ministry was beginning to contract on additional jobs. These types of contracts for additional jobs have been connected until a few months ago. The amount of contract annex is 7.2m euros and based on the public procurement site, except in tears 3, there are two contracts for all parts. (a thing contrary to this law).

Following ties of initial contracts, the Special Prosecutor had launched investigations into former MIS Secretary Betim Recica, and ministry officials -- Isa Berisha, Leonora Limani and Mirdi Emni.
