He was arrested Thursday morning.
Mustefja, twice set fire to the bar, while according to Albanian authorities, these were not his only acts.
He allegedly on June 10th had set fire to the door of Nozy's grandmother's apartment.
At the moment of 26-year-old arrest, another knife was found.
So far there are no reasons why he set the bar on fire.
