The more initiated court hearing explained that they are concerned with the course of the trial process.
The chairman of the court, Judge Charles Smith III, began the hearing and released three oral orders, where the first oral order involved cutting time for questioning witnesses by prosecution and defence.
Judge Smith III said that the court is concerned with the performance of this criminal court's time, asking the parties in the procedure that questions against witnesses shorten the reasoning that each witness's statements already have courts.
The judge also begged the prosecutor that, for the sake of those accused, a reasonable court process would have taken place in their case, he demanded that the questions be reviewed, while the defender gave him the deadline until tomorrow to review the time for questioning of witnesses.
The hearing followed the second oral order through which Wessel and Krasniqi gave them the deadline for appealing two judicial decisions until June 26th this year.

Meanwhile, following the pronunciation of three oral orders, the hearing of the testimony of the tenth witness with the number (03540).
In the courtroom physically, the accused Thaci, Veselin and Selimi, also appeared through the video connection accused Krasniqi.
Otherwise, during the month of April the trial has begun until the April 3rd session, former Prosecutor's Office Specialised (ZPS) and the defender of the victims have submitted the opening statements, and after reading the act changed on the part of the SPS, former President Hashim Thaci, former Prime Minister Kadri Veselin and Jakup Krasniqi, as well as former President Rexhep Selimi, were acquitted of the criminal acts that were imposed on him. /Betimi for Justice/
