Leaving them in custody for 30 days from a court in Kraleva yesterday has complicated the EU's top diplomat plan to bring Prime Minister Kurti and Serbia's president to Brussels.
The EU's top diplomat did not show where this meeting will be. But it was later understood that Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti and Serbia's President Aleksandar Vuciq are guests.
Looking at the situation getting worse every day, we're in a state of crisis management. I will invite both sides -- Kosovo and Serbia -- to a meeting for crisis management here in Brussels next week”, Borell had said.
Prime Minister Kurti still doesn't have a “but” to travel towards the European Chief Centre. Kurt talked about it at the Prespa Forum. There, he didn't leave without stinging the Spaniard.
In regard to Mr. Borrell's invitation to meet in Brussels, I have a little bit strange because when we asked him about a meeting in Brussels last week, he said that we first need to postpone the situation. And immediately after the kidnapping of three policemen from Serbia's special unit, Borrell wants a high-level meeting. When escalation is as big as a mountain, then I receive an invitation to meet in Brookesl. And when I asked for an appointment, they said I needed to stress the” situation, Kurti said.
I have not decided whether I will go, but I will inform Mr. Borrell” in time, the prime minister added.
Waiting for this meeting to take place is American emissary Gabriel Escobar. If Kurt and Vuciq go, Escobar said he'd travel too. The American diplomat has said it will exert influence for Kurti and Vuciq to meet.
“Now, about the demand that leaders go to Brussels, is working and on the basis of preparation for this we will have to decide whether to fly to Brussels or not. But, of course, this effort will receive full US support” has said Escobar. /Express
