Different than yesterday, the SPS witness's sixth witness has continued in Thaci's trial and others. The next witness to SPS is a protected witness 4355.
The fifth witness with code 3165 in the trial of Hashim Thaci, Kadri Veselini, Rexhep Selimi and Jakup Krasniqi has completed testimony Monday.
As in the past days Monday and Tuesday sessions on most of the time have been of edited content and private session.
The trial will continue with the next witness hearing from the Special Prosecutor's Office.
Six prosecution witnesses who have testified under protection have been heard in this process so far, and in almost completely closed hearings for the public.
Ten sessions are scheduled for the month of May.
The trial against former KLA leaders has begun on April 3rd, while indictees have been declared innocent.
Otherwise the first indictment against four indictees was confirmed on October 26, 2020, and was made public on November 5, 2020. According to the indictment, the crimes presented in it were committed at least from March 1998 to September 1999 at several locations in Kosovo, as well as in Kukes and Chahan, in northern Albania.
