Clinical pyramid Jean Mitrev was host to the European Federation of Intensive Care Associations' spring meeting (European Federation of Critical Care Nursing Associations) Over 30 Federation representatives and members of the Federation board from 27 European countries at the two-day meeting discussed the goals and tasks of the federation and national associations, helping to improve the intensive care of patients in critical condition and help their families.
Before the start of a meeting of representatives of national associations, Dr. Jean Mitrev congratulated them on their successful presence and work, thanking them for this observance of the annual meeting at the Jean Mitrev Clinic, which is also one of the most influential members.
“These meetings are extremely important for our work, so we express gratitude to the clinic Jean Mitrev that allowed us to hold the spring meeting right here, uniting representatives of national associations, including local ones from Macedonia. Our federation includes associations from public and private health care that expand and deepen our influence towards the common goal of working together and reaching more for our patients, says Colette Ram, president of the European Federation of Intensive Care Associations.
European Associations of Intensive Care Nurses are well-known associations whose goal is to improve health services and increase the level of efficiency of this staff in the most crucial stages of treatment. Associations set standards for education, practice and management of the labour force of intensive care and encourage further education, research and knowledge in patients' intensive care.
The European Federation of Intensive Institution Associations exists since 1999. Macedonia has been a member since 2014, while nurse Jeaneta Bogoevska Miteva from Clinic Jean Mitrev, who is a representative of the Macedonian Intensive Care Manager's Association, is also a member of the EfCCNa Board. Currently, the federation has 31 members from 27 countries and represents more than 25,000 nurses who are involved in the process of intensive care.
