They have triumphed in a case where the Office for Victims Attendance has complained in the Appeal Chambers about 20 people who had previously been denied victim status.
These 20 persons had received a “O” from the trial of the preliminary procedure on December 12th of last year to be the participating victims in the procedure.
But the same had been rejected, so the same had written parachutes to complain about in Special Appeal.
However, their appeal has been rejected overall by the Appeals Panel.
