Kosovo police managed to disperse the crowd and enable the introduction of Mayor Hetem into the municipality.
A few minutes before his entry, near the municipality facility were heard gunshots fired by Kalashnikov.
Before Leposaviqi, police routed the crowds in Zvecan and Zubin Potok, where new mayors have already entered the municipality.
Crowds gathered today to witness the entry of new mayors, who are all Albanians, after sirens were heard in the cities.
The situation in Zubin Potok and Leposaviq is reported to have intensified.
Meanwhile, the Leposaviq are starting to establish barricades. Some of them have fled Kosovo police.
