Krasniqi's lawyer has asked the witness about some evidence he had given in the past, which at some points does not match the testimony today.
The Witness has blamed the translation on him, reports Inseyder.
Krasniqi's lawyer's conversation with witness:
Lawyer: When was this document you said you didn't remember what the date was when you filed this complaint?
Witness: Yeah, I don't remember the exact date.
Lawyer: Is this a complaint you personally made?
Witness: It can't be heard.
Lawyer: You say the number 1 was taken from the KLA from his house?
Witness: It's not true he's been taken home, but there might be some mistake in translating.
Lawyer: Did you confirm he wasn't taken from the house?
Witness: Yes
Lawyer: You gave a lot of evidence in which you said you saw four people in masks. Do you remember that?
Witness: I've faced two more. But I'm not sure I'm more likely with exact numbers.
Lawyer: Based on the complaint, did you say you saw two suspects with no masks?
Witness: They're not suspects. I know them both.
Lawyer: It says here that after the incident I saw two suspects without masks. I want to confirm you haven't seen the suspects without masks?
Witness: Yeah.
Lawyer: What you said in this document isn't correct?
Witness: The translation is not correct.
Lawyer: On January 22, 2003, have you witnessed in this interview that you mentioned the names of people who suspect they were executioners?
Witness: Yeah, I mentioned two people I saw. And the others are the ones who told me. I've seen two personally. 12 and 13.
Lawyer: Could it be true that you haven't seen people in masks that took number one, but the villagers told you?
