This is not the first time we have no therapy. Even years ago, this was because I have been infected for many years”, a HIV virus infected person with Radio Europe who is treated at the Infectious Clinic of the University Clinical Centre of Kosovo says.
There are more than ten days since this institution has no therapy that needs to be affected with infectious H. IV/ AIDS.

In Kosovo, currently, there are about 80 persons dependent on HIV/V therapy. AIDS. They receive therapy at the clinic without having to hospitalize.
Infectious clinics say that medical orders have been made over time in the central QKUK drug store, but that “those are missing”.

What drugs are missing?
The head of the HIV Department within the Infectious Clinic, Murat Mehmeti, says there are at least two types of drugs missing and “not known when to make sure”.

Speaking of Radio Free Europe, he explains the consequences that may cause non-stop treatment:
“So, if you don't give it in order, if you stop taking these drugs” respectively.
Alban Gjonbalaj, leader of the Kosovo Association of Persons with HIV, says he has accepted several complaints about lack of medicine at the Infectious Clinic.
They're saying that they're in customs, but, to be honest, we don't care where the drugs are. We need them in clinic”, he says.
