People are new, they know a lot of languages, they have a lot of computer skills, IT, cyber, telecommunication. They may be competitors with every state in the world, only space should be given, so it should be started by education, to encourage people in the technological entrepreneurial bid”, he says in an interview for Klan Kosova.

David Ungar-Klein recalls that special relations with Kosovo started 13 years ago, after he heard of it from former Austrian scientist Erhard Busek.
