Albina Kelmendi electrify Liverpool's scene with song “Duje”

They qualified on the final night in the second semifinal as the first until their song has so far been praised by the worldwide public, especially praised by Europe's conservative circles because of its message that is the preservation of the family.

For the first time in “Eurovision”, this year's vote is considered “open” worldwide. For the first time in the event's history, viewers from non-participating countries, including Kosovo, can vote for their favourite. The jury, which had no right to vote in the semifinals, has the right to vote in the grand finale.

How do you vote for Albina Kelmendi?

All viewers can vote through the official app “Eurovision Song Contest”, which is in IOS and Android, and on www.esc.vote, including from non-parting countries. The vote opens after the last song and will last 40 minutes. The ten songs that get the most votes from non-participating countries will take points from 1-12 (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10 and 12). Votes of non-participator countries are counted as the votes of a participating country.

The public, from participating countries in <x0 Eurovision”, gives a total of 2204 points (58 out of the world's next “”, 2146 of the participating countries).

The finals also mark national jury votes. 37 of them give a total of 2146 points. These points are provided separately by the audience points, so each participating country gives two points from 1 to 12. If two countries have the same number of points in the finals, the country that scores most from the audience has priorities.
