Month of detention set up for three suspects in Valon Syla attack

The Constitutional Court in Pristina, the Special Department, has ruled on the request of the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo to appoint the detention measure to the criminal case against defendants L. D, K.H. and O.H. due to the alleged criminal action that has been carried out in promoting reconciliation and not enduring Article 141 paragraph 3 over paragraph 1 and Article 31 of the Republic of Kosovo Criminal Code.
Pre-emptive Procedure Judge Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo's request for the appointment of the detention action against defendants L. D, K.H. and O.H., has approved it as a base and assigned the same to the amount of detention in length of 1 (a) month each.
Against this act, disgruntled parties have the right to complaint at the Court of Appeals, through the Constitutional Court in Pristina.
Journalist Valon Syla about midnight was attacked by some in Pristina's Sun Coast district.
He suffered head injuries, and after medical treatment, KKUK said the attackers were “that were fanatical Islamic”.
