He said that they have consistently raised their voice and concerns “for the full degradation of the organisational structure by the Kurti Government and its health ministers with the interventions and deployment of political militants at KKUKU and at regional hospitals”.
According to him, there is now corruption and nepotism, “this is at the expense of Kosovo patients and citizens”.
“of course and unfortunately, as usual, now they come out to attack investigators and prosecutors, thus heading to the defense of offenders. Prime Minister, prosecutor and Judge Kurti has his last word. The verdict is known; VV's law offenders should not be investigated, let alone denounciated”, he wrote on Facebook.
For the arrest of two doctors, Gjilan's Constitutional Prosecutor will seek the measure of detention by the Constitutional Court.
So announced Gjilan Prosecutor's spokeswoman Liridona Xheladin.
“We announce that the Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjilan, to the defendants, within the legal deadline will require the measure of detention by the Constitutional Court in Gjilan, due to the suspicion that they have carried out criminal work “Taking bribes”, of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code”, she said.
Kosovo police reported that, in co-operation with Gjilan's Constitutional Prosecutor, an anesthesiologist has surrendered under suspicion that he had sought bribes worth 100 euros from the patient to conduct an intervention.
However, another doctor, who is a surgeon, is said to receive 330 euros from a patient for service delivery. According to the police, he had even demanded an additional 200 euros.
Paparac learns it's about anesthesiologist Halil Basha and surgeon Luan Mustafen.
The PK communiqué shows that the same are under ban for 48 hours.
