New Secretary of Pristina University Besfort Krasniqi denounced for sexual harassment

According to the file of this case owned by the newspaper Blic, the suspect from 2013-2014, who was the secretary at the Philological Faculty, has always been harassed by the denounciatory by various words, as well as by hand in different parts of the body. Suspect Besfort Krasniqi, according to Philological Faculty employee, started harassment when he took office as secretary of the Philological Faculty.

Suspected in her statement to the police, she said at certain times she tried to touch it with her hands in different parts of her body, and also according to the damaged side there were times when she entered the Besfort office, the same one locked the door and started to touch it, support it against the wall, but damaged she didn't want to. According to her, this situation has continued for years and that she has been afraid to announce the case in time, as she fears she will get it out of work.

Meanwhile, the newly elected UP secretary, Besfort Krasniqi, in his statement given to the Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor, has denied harassment to the victim, saying that with the victim there are very good colleague reports and that something like this has not happened and that there has been co-operation with him in Viber. Regarding the damaged case in her statement, she has said she has also shown the dean of the Philological Faculty, Lendita Rugova, who was in knowledge.

The document says dean Rugova has been invited to the station to give evidence, but that the same has presented documents that she suffers from a disease and in consultation with the guardian prosecutor she has not been introduced into the subject because of her condition. While suspect Krasniqi in his testimony has said he has never been summoned to discuss the matter by the faculty's dean.

He has denied all charges being charged by the damaged side, adding that this complaint against him has come at the time when he is in the process of the contest where he is the main candidate for the MP secretary general. Regarding the case, the Blic newspaper has contacted Avdullah Hoti, the suspect's lawyer, Besfort Krasniqi, who said he has nothing to say about the case, as it is declared only for justice organs.

Otherwise, Krasniqi, who was today elected secretary, has received mostly points from the assessment commission in the re-opened competition in October last year.
