Police action at several drugs in Pristina, bunkers with smuggled drugs are discovered two people arrested

Today, in 16,03.23, police investigators in co-operation with the Health Ministry's pharmaceutical inspectors have taken action in the field where seven (7) drugs are checked in the capital.
During the search at two drugstores, large quantities of unscathed drugs allegedly smuggled have been discovered.
These drugs were hidden in additional parts of the bar specially arranged for their hiding (in the shape of the bunker).
During this operation following the discovery of this amount of drugs, Kosovo Customs has also been announced, which has appeared on the ground and teams from institutions involved in the operation have been joined.
Police operations, pharmaceutical inspectors and teams from customs have counted the types of medicine products from which 598 types of products have been seized, while the amount of drugs within a product is greater and has remained to be counted and identified by the respective” units, the Kosovo Police report said.
In the police, two suspected drug owners who have been interviewed in the presence of their defence attorney have been accompanied, against them were initiated cases: production and distribution of harmful medical products, goods smuggling and “banned trade”, and with a decision from the procurement to send the same to keep up to 48 hours.
