“In this act it is suspected that it committed criminal work “domesticized”, the act sanctioned with the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo (KPRK). The preliminary procedure judge has estimated that conditions have been met for appointing the detention measure to the defendants, as the same one found in freedom can repeat criminal work. The sides have the right to file a complaint against this decision on the detention assignment at the Appeal Court”, the statement said.
The Foundation Court in Gjilan has approved Gjilan's Constitutional Prosecutor's request, assigning the detention measure of 30 (thirty) days to defendants P. C.
There is doubt that the defendant during March, in undeterminable time, in the common family home, has practiced psychic, physical and economic violence against his wife, A. C., so that under the influence of narcotic substances, he loses control and wounds and slaps the injured, he also constantly screams at us with our loud tone of voice, where trauma causes and seriously affects the dignity of the injury, causing fear, anxiety, uncertainty, and permanent emotional distress.
In this act, it is allegedly committed to the criminal work “committed to the family”, the act sanctioned with the Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo (KPRK).
The preliminary procedure judge has estimated that conditions have been met for appointing the detention measure to the defendants, as the same one found in freedom can repeat criminal work.
The sides have the right to appeal to this decision on the detention assignment at the Court of Appeals.
