The possession of illegal weapons is a disturbing phenomenon in our country, as police constantly face armed people who violate the safety of citizens and risk their lives. Even minors, who are often caught in the faggard with cold weapons and other dangerous means, have not escaped from this negative phenomenon, reports The Signal newspaper.
That's what happened last night on the Skopje Justina Street in Pristina, where three minors have been caught in a plagary by police with two knives, an electroske and a metal rod.
The illegal situation has been seized, while suspects have been escorted to the police station where they were interviewed in their parents' presence.
By order of the prosecutor, the case has been initiated against them as possession, control, or unauthorized possession of weapons.
Otherwise, according to the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo, anyone who holds ownership controls or owns weapons contrary to the applicable law regarding such weapons is sentenced to fines of up to seven thousand and five hundred (7,500) Euro or prison for up to five years. “
