Hoti has stressed that the Trust does not have Bord to withdraw resources from markets and funds that are on the decline and that the losses are millions.
He has already said that citizens' savings are evaporating in financial markets.
The “didn't give part of the savings to citizens, as requested by the citizen petitioned procedure. Now those savings are evaporating into financial markets because there is no one to return to Kosovo to keep it as cash ready” writes Hoti.
