According to the indictment, Shala is accused of committing four types of criminal acts during the war, arbitrary ban, cruel treatment, torture and unlawful murder.
The first Aktakuza version against Peter Shala was confirmed on June 12, 2020, and the confirmed, corrected Actaza was handed over on November 1, 2021.
“alleged that crimes were committed approximately between May 17th 1999 and June 5, 1999 against persons detained at the metal factory in Kukes, Albania, allegedly exploited by the Kosovo Liberation Army (UÇK)”, the DHSK report said.
