According to the indictment, Shala is accused of committing four types of criminal acts during the war, arbitrary ban, cruel treatment, torture and unlawful murder.
The first Aktakuza version against Peter Shala was confirmed on June 12, 2020, and the confirmed, corrected Actaza was handed over on November 1, 2021.
