Our son Mert Popova, eight months and four operations, is with the rare HYDROCEPALUS disease. This disease is rare, so our son's treatment should be treated abroad. The continued treatment of our son requires about 45,000 euros, much unaffordable for us as a family, the Kosovo Health Insurance Fund has supported us in this direction, but we as a family need 13,000 euros to start procedures and training to heal our son abroad more precisely in Turkey.
