According to the BBC, three lifeless bodies were extracted from rescue teams from the hotel that collapsed Monday.
The bodies of two trainers and a new player were found at the ruined Isias hotel in Adiyaman, Turkish-controlled officials said.
A group of 39 people, including the team of boys and girls, are said to have been in the building sleeping when it collapsed.
Search efforts continue at the site where the players' families have gathered.
Sportsmen had traveled to Adiyaman from the Turkish Maarif College of Famagusta, accompanied by teachers and parents.
Four members of the group are known to have survived after the seven - story building collapsed, reportedly being able to escape the ruins themselves.
