Given that we have been engaged for a long time and demanded that the wage law be lived and that, thanks to commitment and commitment, we had managed to have a better position in this Law and based on the cofficients this was also achieved that employees in the educational system were ranked among 30-35 percent, especially pre-university education workers, particularly technical and administrative workers, as well as clinics.
This ranking has made the value of the cofficient of 105 euros, which does not meet our expectations but allows that over 90 percent of our membership has an average salary of about 100 euros. Honored members of the SBASK are aware that this value of cofficiency does not meet expectations nor needs in view of price hikes but also the cost of living in general, yet the SBASK at the moment thinks that the law should start implementing the salaries of February 2023 and the eventual shortcomings of the law will improve during the law's implementation
Also, with the aim of accurate information on membership and broad opinion, we explain that in these stages there is no consultation for setting the value of the cofficiency, nor has any organ of our consent been asked. So, the SBASK has no intention of sending complaints to the ombudsman to submit the law to the Constitutional Court.
