Analysts at RTV Dukagjini have different opinions on those attitudes of Prime Minister Kurti.
Star Hoxha says nothing new is in Kurt's Monday statement.

Astrit Gashi says there are doubts that Prime Minister Albin Kurti has accepted the Association of Serb majority municipalities, but there are some problematic points even in the Franco-German plan.

The problem is that Kurti is not showing why he failed to achieve his goals because the Franco-German plan doesn't predict recognition”.
Former Prime Minister Dardan Gashi says the Franco-German plan advances Kosovo's position.
“Note as requested is not but all elements of the recognition of citizenship are available. The reality is that. Border recognition is inside. The recognition of sovereignty is. Recognition of territorial integrity is within”, Dardan Gashi said.
