“It's been like a war, there's been a lot of shots” The Witness relates the critical day of the Sqaherw murder.

Such a statement, the Gjada witness made Monday at the Constitutional Court of Mitrovica, in the trial of indictees Shukri and Rexhepi, who in co-ordination are being charged with serious murder of victim B. M, in 2022 in the village of Bacs on Scytheright. As for winning Musliu, he is charged with attempted murder and Agim Musliu for illegal possession.

He said he was the son-in-law of the Musliu family, and that this family had gone to see his wife's brother, now deceased B. M, which the next day had to go to Germany, reports the “Justice Trust”.

Asked by prosecutor Fetije Bajrami, the witness said that during his time there, a vehicle had come at high speed and that he had been there with children.

Blood said the accused Agim had stopped the car and told the children that they were inside to send their father the car, since there were several children in the car and the driver of the vehicle was also a child.

According to him, the accused Rexhepi was next with a vehicle, and it was the same vehicle that children had previously had, and the passenger was out of the car with machine guns, and started shooting at them.

Asked if he saw anyone shooting at the moment, the witness said he had not seen after hiding the children inside the court, and when he got out in the street, he now saw the deceased B.M who had shot lead in the arm, had been lying on the ground, and one of the craftsmen who had worked at the late B's has been lying on the ground.

The defender of the accused Rexhepi, lawyer Mahmut Halimi, has asked the witness whether he has heard or seen a shot other than the one with the cars. He replied that he had heard another shooting on the side of Winning with hunting weapons.

The defender of the accused Rexhepi, lawyer Salit Syla, has asked the witness whether he saw the moment the driver leaves the car after once saying that the driver had not left the car, while in a reply he said he saw him walking in the direction he came from.

The blood said that when he got out of the yard after hiding the children, he saw Rexhepi walking in the direction he came from, while the moment he got out of the car he didn't see him.

Meanwhile, the defendant's defender Wins Musliu, lawyer Gani Rexha has asked the witness how he acted when the accused wins has now noticed the deceased B.M., wounded and bleeding on his back, and lying on the ground.

He said he'd seen Winn's reaction, he said he'd been screaming a lot and he says he thought he'd lost his mind, and then Winni went to take the hunting gun to his house, which is at a 15m distance from the scene.

While the chairman of the court, Mentor Hajray has asked the witness that when Winning had left for his home, as long as he returned. The blood answered that the same had returned in 2-3 minutes.

On the other hand, court member Ali Kuttlovci asked the witness that since he said he was at war, to clarify the shooting, and the witness answered that it was one shot at a (no rafall).

The Witness said that at the moment Musliu fired the defendant Shukri Rexhepi, he had been facing Musliu.

Initially, the chairman of the Mentor Hajray Court asked the parties and the audience to attend the hearing to respect the court's work, and to clarify that the people who would leave the court hearing would not be allowed to participate in the hearing anymore.

He cited the fact that at the previous session the situation was strained by representatives of the party damaged in quality of the public, where one of them had left the hall but was agreed to be present in the second part of the judicial review, only because the development of this session is transparent.

At today's session, however, there was a higher number of government police officials.

Otherwise, the indictment in this case has been Agim Musliu, who was handed down procedures after admitting the guiltyness of illegal weapons.

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Mitrovica on 19 June 2023 has filed charges against Shukri Rexhepi, Rexhepi, Wins Musliu and Agim Musliu.

Shukri and Rexhepi are charged that on July 23, 2022, in the village of Baks, the Skenderaj municipality, in co-ordination, have deprived life of victim B. And the wounded man, Labinoth, Adam. The case is said to have occurred after a plea. Musliu, on the other hand, is accused of deliberately committing the crime of murder, but the same has remained in an attempt, since the same has fired hunting rifles in order to deprive Shukri Rexhepi of his life. And Agim Musliu is said to have held weapons of fire -- hunting rifles contrary to the Law on Guns.
