Tome Gashi has said it would be the end of the world if Naim Mursel had such a criminal mind, and adds that it would be too difficult to reveal the motive, if ever. However, lawyer Gashi alludes that Mursel is afraid of something much bigger.
Kosovo lawyer says what happened in Pristina's suburbs is a case of madness and suggests that Naim Murseli was intent on defending himself, but someone else. Gashi says this is the motive, but that will be extremely difficult to extract.
If Naim Mursel had organized such a situation, it's the end of the world, that a man with such a criminal brain, and to protect something, that we don't know what, and the motive in my prism would be very difficult, not to say that he will never be revealed. But he's scared of something more than they said. There may be his personal life and other situations that might be in his brain that no one knows about. It's shocking to see it even in horror movies. It is said that Naim in Swedish told the children to get out of the car and then Liridona was left alone in the car, then the killer quietly came and struck him and killed him. I believe he was too afraid of himself, by his actions, that he came to the point that he organized his wife's murder, that he ate lunch with him. It's a state of madness of a particular kind. I believe Naim séée has been given the purpose of defending himself, but protecting someone else. That's the motive. His motive is in his brain, if that motive can be drawn, in the future he's given me all sorts of versions”, said lawyer Gashi.
He then said it was a police duty to find out what forced Naim Mursel to perform such a disastrous act, where Mursel's fear was greater than his wife's life.
Gashi has said that Mursel has had great pressure from someone else and has ruled out the possibility that there may be new arrests.
I guess so. The police's mission is the one that forced Nazim to commit such a disastrous act. That's the fear of something more than he valued the life of a woman himself. This guy's got a scare behind him, a pressure on him. The way the murder was organized has been under great pressure from someone. He could've been in such a heavy mood that if he did, he would've organized it.
