The Special Prosecutor announces that defendants M. M, A.V., D.P and M.V., at the offices of the Municipal Election Commission in Northern Mitrovica on the road “kollashinska”, with the aim of serious intimidation of the population, of the unjust obligation of a public body in this case of the CEC, to make sure that local elections are not possible, as well as in order to destabilise or destroy the fundamental political and constitutional structures of the Republic of Kosovo, as long as KEC officials and police officials have seriously gone to open up the office with other persons without identifying two terrorists and throwing two grenades in the direction of the government's high office, and as having seriously attacked by the two police officers's armed bombings.
With this co-ordination of defendants M. M, A.V., D.P. and M.V. have carried out the criminal work , 129 paragraph 1 in connection with Article 128 paragraph 1 under paragraph 1.7 concerning Article 31 of KPRC.
