Interior Minister Jalal Svecla has been hosting NATO Chief of Current Operations Division for General Staff Operations Ariel Viehe.
Svechla stressed that with Vienna they have talked about the current security situation in Kosovo, especially in northern Kosovo.
The successive “Sulmets to our institutions and our officials in northern Kosovo, as well as the September 24th terrorist attack were the important issues we talked about with Mrs. Viehe, also for the continued good co-operation and co-operation between KFOR and Kosovo Police”, Svechla wrote.
He stressed that we agreed to further co-operation.
Serbia's ongoing “threats and its territorial ambitions for Kosovo continue to pose a serious problem for Kosovo, but also for the region”.
Svecla also points out at the end that Kosovo aspires to NATO integration and in that sense, efforts as a serious partner will continue in ensuring security in the country and the region.
