Stano says the EU will not publish draft status: It's under discussion.

So said EU Foreign Policy and Security Policy spokesman Peter Stano for Clankosova, when asked whether the EU would publish the content of the Serb majority municipalities' draft association status.

He says the draft is under discussion while also asking the parties involved in the negotiations not to publish it.

The EU proposal has not been made public, as diplomatic efforts are continuing. We never disclose official documents publicly, nor do we participate in public exchanges while they are discussed. We expect the same from the partners, as it is normal practice in international mediation for the process to develop in privacy”, Stano said.

Among other things, he recalled that the new balanced European proposal for establishing the Communist Association was presented to the parties -- Kosovo and Serbia -- by EU Special Representative Miroslav Lajcak -- during his visit to the region at the end of October and was later discussed with both sides during the meeting of leaders in the European Council margins.

Prime Minister Albin Kurti, on November 24th, said it is not he who should publish the draft state of the Serb majority municipalities' association. According to him, the European mediator should do this.

Western officials' proposal for formation of the Kosovo Serb majority municipality Association has been introduced to Kurti and Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq, on 21 October by representatives of the United States ( US), European Union (BE), France, Germany and Italy.

And this is actually about the mediator, it's about European mediator making the draft public, and that's why I can't publicize my remarks and criticism. Believe that there are various actors that I look forward to making violations of the process and procedures, and that would harm representation of the Republic of Kosovo. As for me, let them publish the draft and thus open the way for us to publish our reviews and critics”, Kurti said before reporters.
