The Constitutional Court in Pristina today has scheduled the detention measure for a month against Naim Mursel, Granit Plav and Cocalla Protection over allegations of the murder of Liridona Ademiaj.
We learn from the court's decision that Naim Mursel is suspected of serious murder in co-ordination, Granit Plava for serious murder, while Cocallal Concert is suspected of deals to carry out the criminal offense.
The hearing regarding the prosecution's request for detention was held today, where the suspect Murseli and his lawyer Ahmet Ahmeti were declared.
Murelli said he had not fled the scene and had himself been endangered.
I haven't left the scene, I've even been in danger and I've asked for help at the same time until the arrival of police” said the suspect had said according to the court's decision, reports KA LLXO.com
Lawyer Ahmet Ahmet Ahmeti had said Naim Murseli did not commit criminal work in the country, time and way as described in the prosecution file and is not involved in the murder.
My defence “is not at all involved in committing these criminal acts, and there is no reason to repeat the criminal act that it didn't do” - attorney Ahmeti had said.
On the basis of that, Ahmeti had asked the court for the request for the detention assignment not to approve or set up an alternative measure.
The decision to appoint the detention has been taken by Sultan Hoti's preliminary procedure judge.
