Renowned actor Mirush Kabashi Dies

Albania's renowned theatre and cinema actor, Mirush Kabashi, has passed away at the age of 75.

The news was confirmed by his family. They wrote on the social media that Kabashi went away after midnight, in the early hours of December 5th.

Mirush Kabashi was born on April 17th 1948 in Shkodra, but grew up in Durres. His origin was from Gjakova.

Kabashi was an actor of about 100 roles, in theatre and movies. He has often been a host of many artistic activities.

He has been named one of the greatest performers of poetry in Albania.

Kabashi has made a big contribution to Albanian filmography. And while part of his life has been devoted to theatre with its diverse roles, among them is the one that is most particularly the one that has remained of Socrates at “
