Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama has commented on developments in northern Kosovo, where he said Albania has taken the right stance.

I have not had illusions for any of these public actors I know, I have no attitude to modify, to turn back, I will do it again, I am not conditioned on my stand, when something happens like in Banjska I kept the right attitude, we should not be linear, but flexible in trying to get the cause where it should be, and this only manages to beat Serbia at the table, impose it on the table of recognition of Kosovo.
He said that if Kosovo accepted its proposal for Association, it would have better results.
“Now that the public fact has become the proposal I have made for Association, they have seen that it would be better not to be excluded, but to have read, that they would have come to an even better result”, the head of the Albanian government said.
