Hungary has blocked 50 billion euros in European Union aid to Ukraine, placing its veto.
Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban, after Thursday's talks in Brussels, said the summary of the <x0-nderage: veto additional money in Ukraine”, the BBC writes.
It becomes known that EU leaders have said negotiations on aid to Ukraine will resume early next year.
The blockade of aid took place shortly after EU leaders decided to open membership talks with Ukraine and Moldova and grant Georgia candidate status.
Ukraine is also desperately seeking the adoption of a $61 billion protection package from the United States, but this decision is also delayed due to major disagreements between democratic representatives and republic.
