The Swedish state will probably request the extradition of Naim Mursel, suspected of killing his wife, Liridona”. So said the lawyer from Sweden, Arlinda Loncari.
There's a possibility. This was not spoken in the media at all”, she said.
The Kosovo lawyer, who operates in Sweden, has brought details concerning the activity of Naim Mursel, the victim's husband, Liridona Ademiaj é Murseli.
Referring to Swedish media, Loncari has said that Naim Murseli, worked as a insurance adviser at one of the biggest companies in Sweden, “Folxham”
According to her, it could benefit from an extremely high life insurance policy in case the case of the murder would not be cleared.
It showed that Sweden's highest life insurance policy amounts to about 8 million Swedish chrons, which corresponds to approximately 850 thousand euros.
This money, if the murder of Liridona is not revealed, would be directed to the husband and her children, with their spouse as the first beneficiary based on police documents.
If it had not been done - dawning fate - if it is not indicated who committed this murder, she would have taken her husband along with the children. But first they belong to their mate, depending on how he wrote them. If he wrote that he would take the money, that is, that money, then he would get”, he told ATV, Loncnar.
It highlights the consequences if the outcome of the investigation was in favour of the husband in doubt, making this issue even more complicated and adding a possible financial motive after the murder of Liridona.
Lawyer Lonzaar also spoke of the children of Liridona. According to her, in such cases children are taken from social centers in Sweden.
The “means that if children arrive in Sweden right away, they will be taken from the social centre and they themselves will begin an investigation into putting children in another family and also about the welfare of children and what help children need because of what children have seen and experienced”, Loncari said.
The foundation court in Pristina has assigned the three suspects the 1 month detention measure.
Among the suspects is her husband, Naim Mursey.
He is suspected of organising the assassination, Granit Plava is suspected of committing murder, and Cocalla, a member of the Kosovo Security Force, is suspected because of criminal acts, the agreement to commit criminal acts, serious murder.
Justice authorities have not yet revealed the motive for this murder.
Liridona's murder has received great attention, as it was initially reported by Kosovo police as <x0-venging with the consequences of killing”.
Great anger has also caused the fact that her husband was part of the hanging ceremony.
Kosovo's prime minister has said the persons involved in the Liridona killing should get the maximum sentence.
