Naim Murseli at the last hearing said he had not left the scene and had even been endangered, thus denying involvement in the murder of his wife, a controversial statement compared to the first.
Ulaj, in a statement to Euronews Albania on Monday, said the allegations lead to a “serious murder”.
We need to keep in mind that we are in the phase of the investigation procedure and only during yesterday was the hearing session that was held within the application of the prosecution. Allegations lead to a serious robbery murder, and from suspicions so far, the deceased's spouse has committed these actions by insinuating it as a robbery and has promised the amount of money of 30 thousand euros. In the current phase, the prosecution in co-ordination and with the police and other institutions is working towards lighting all these allegations and rock-to-rockings a final epilog --” -- Ulaj said.
