Haxhi Shala at The Hague: Can't be declared without accepting the prosecution material.

Former Kosovo Liberation Army chief Haxhi Shala, known as “Topi”, has appeared before the special court.

Shala is accused of obstructing justice.

He said that in his case, the next session will be declared

I haven't seen the prosecution material. I can't declare myself today. I will be declared at the next session”, he said

Asked whether there are issues that he wants to discuss regarding arrest, transfer and detention conditions, Shala said everything is in order”.
