However, he stated that preambles are also a problem which, according to him, is unnecessary and should be removed from the 1244 in it. The AAK leader said the draft must certainly be sent to the Constitution and judges to address it, in each article, to see where there are constitutional violations.
Former Prime Minister Haradinaj has been critical of why the document was given, not by Kosovo institutions, but by mediators. He has asked Prime Minister Kurti why he has not made a draft, but has expected such a document to come from the mediators.
