There was no beating. There has been only trying and the staff has reacted immediately to”, he said.

Pristina Foundation Court a week ago has revealed “the distinction based” for Naim Mursel's plan to deprive him of life “in a subtle way” his wife. Naim Mursel appeared before the court for the first time a week, along with Granit Plav and Cocalle Confront, two other defendants with whom there is a good suspicion that he organised the murder of his co-ordinator, Liridona Ademij.
Pristina's Constitutional Court assigned one month to each, as according to the trial of the preliminary procedure, “contains the basics and reasons for the appointment of the detention measure, because there is good-found doubt that defendants have committed criminal acts”.
