Granit Plava was reportedly attacked in prison, director of the Correct Service: Beatdown Banned

Granit Plava, who is accused of committing the murder of Liridona Ademiaj on November 29th, at her husband's order, Naim Mursel, has attempted to attack at the detention centre, Director of the Correcting Service Ismail Debrani told Express.

Debrani said the detention centre staff has reacted immediately to prevent the beating. He has denied some reports that Plav has been found a rope.

There was no beating. There has been only trying and the staff has reacted immediately to”, he said.

There has been no attempt to commit suicide or suicide”, said the Director of the Correct Service.

Pristina Foundation Court a week ago has revealed “the distinction based” for Naim Mursel's plan to deprive him of life “in a subtle way” his wife. In a deal with Naim Mursel, the Court says that Granit Plava with a mask on her head and a gun in her hand shot Liridona Ademiyan in the neck after her husband and children left “kins to escape”. Doras, according to the Court, was also equipped with the weapon on which the crime was committed.

Naim Murseli is accused of serious murder in co-ordination, Granit Plava for serious murder and illegal weapons of arms, while Cocall Conception for dealing to carry out the criminal offense of the serious murder.

Naim Mursel appeared before the court for the first time a week, along with Granit Plav and Cocalle Confront, two other defendants with whom there is a good suspicion that he organised the murder of his co-ordinator, Liridona Ademij.

Pristina's Constitutional Court assigned one month to each, as according to the trial of the preliminary procedure, “contains the basics and reasons for the appointment of the detention measure, because there is good-found doubt that defendants have committed criminal acts”.
